Stilton Butter

This is really for steaks. Superb.


-4 Tablespoons unsalted butter cut into small chunks
-About 3 Tablespoons crumbled Stilton or an inferior blue cheese (all of the others are inferior)
-About 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
-¼ teaspoon cayenne or ½ teaspoon hot sauce


Blast everything in a processor just until uniform and smooth.
