Three Recipes for Venison Pie

We are, in a sense, jumping the gun by publishing these recipes ahead of our numbers featuring game, raised pies or hot pies, but after tempting our readers with the prospect of tasty venison in ‘Pizza Delivery,’ we thought it only fair to offer some ways to use it. Your venison need not be roadkill and may be either shot by a friendly hunter or farmed. The farmed version is both blander and of course considerably more expensive (and expensive indeed in the United States) than anything wild.
